Laza - I Don't Care

Laza is a deep-minded band that has a raw sense of art and now they brings to us I Don’t Care, an album that will make the hair on your back rise with excitement. This musical trio has a chemistry that is unmatched and will have you vibrating with energy by the time they are done. The album can change the energy of a room immediately. An energy that can truly fill a stadium. If there is one band that can start off your day with a bang, it will be Laza. I Don’t Care screams Laza Starting off into this wild foggy forest is the title track of the album- I Don't Care. The track has a slow guttural energy that makes for the perfect entry song. It gives off big PINK vibes. She had a punk rock pop energy in the early 2000s giving young girls the confidence they needed. The track has guitar sections that pumps the track with energy that will blow the roof off any room.  Girls One of my favorite songs on the album is Girls. The songs are largely coherent in terms of themes and beat structure, but each song carries its own personality, setting itself apart. In this one, it happens to be purely for the joy of girls or anyone I think to really not give into the patriarchal work. The swirl of this slow rock album pumps our brain with the reassurance we need. That we aren’t put on this earth to please a man or the system. Rather to break the mold and create our own path that serves us!  Rise Up Rise Up has a slower pop energy as compared to the punk rock energy that the rest of the album has. She plays a lot more with the drums and slows down the pace a bit in this section. Almost as if to give a respite to the listeners as well. She covers a range of emotions throughout her album and Rise Up is the vulnerable section of it all. She allows vulnerability by being vulnerable herself in the song. It has some expert vocals and production that truly plays with timing surprising us.  Truly the album gives off some big “Women will go out there and own their world” energy. The same atmosphere that Good Girls screams. The series has some of the best music arrangements I have seen. I Don’t Care would be a great fit both thematically and genre-wise. There is this rule breaker within all of us and Laza seems to be a catalyst to bring that out within us. She truly does give the Indie Music scene the edge that it needs at the moment. So don’t forget to follow the links attached above and let her take you on this journey that will have every atom in your body vibrate with some badass energy.
