Love Ghost ft. Skold-Payback
Your favourite, most talented band, Love Ghost is back. With dozens of songs on many indie playlists, they have made a name in creating some anthems for the millennial mind. Honest, creative and from the heart, their music is the fodder for the overthinking mind. A moment of solace exists when they perform. This is their latest single with Skold, Payback. Payback is the groovy hip-hop song opening you’d like to hear-with some killer verses. Love Ghost always build up their guests and make their appearance worth it. Skold pushes some killer verses, bringing a kind of energy Mike Shinoda would to Linkin Park. Keeping the groove in the centre, it is ensured you are satisfied with the kind o lyrical depth they get into. Known for diving and being incisive about feelings, Love Ghost and Skold spill on a haunting chord progression, where the strings echo out. The cymbal work is neat, hiding sometimes behind the synth that envelopes you. It acts as the prelude for the kick-ass rock that comes in, the melodies something unexpected. It has a touch of a metal song, while blending electronic elements effortlessly. The second verse comes with even more excitement, naturally. If you haven’t checked out Love Ghost, you haven’t visited our site more often. With Veneno, we fell deeper in love with them-and have been fans since their 2021 song, Tell Me When. I’d love to hear this in The Equalizer (2014). The climatic scene would be perfect for this song and the energy it gives out.
