Comett-The Dance
If an artist has the ability to take you by the hand to a moment, it would be Comett. The simple melodies crafted lovingly by this artist seem to be a tapestry of personal experiences, and global relativity. In other words, you feel like you’re experiencing a poem while listening to his songs. This is his latest song, The Dance. It is important to relate the song to the music video as well. Not only does it reflect the beautiful lyrics, but captures the essence of the moment. Imagine you holding the hand of your crush, and leading them to the middle of the dance floor. The surroundings seem to melt away, the moment will last forever. That is the experience the soft tempo and gentle string melodies bring. Comett pay special attention to the kind of tones he uses, almost mimicking the aspect of time slowing down. It is not just what you enjoy about the dance at the time, but who you are experiencing it with. Might be a reason why many people’s wedding songs are their prom dances.
