Bineal Roy - Olden Eyes
Bineal Roy released his new single Olden Eyes and it trickles into existence with an old-world charm. The jovial track is a kind reminder that sometimes you feel as though you’ve known someone’s heart from past lives. This lush track uses a dynamic band to bounce his vocals off. He offsets the entire track on a woody instrumentals and paints distinct vivid images within each person. There is a glow to this track and it only spreads with each surface it touches. Roy creates this atmosphere where he draws out the nostalgia from within you and intertwines it with the perfect classical-earthy harmony. He literally has you seeing the world with rose tinted glasses and an added layer of sepia. You feel as though time has stopped just for you as the world zooms past you. Meaning, he evokes the same warmth that love does in this track. Our melodic poet- Roy has a light-as-air texture to his voice that adds a shine to the track. It would be a disservice if I didn’t mention the impeccable production on the track that is successful in transporting you to a whole new world. Bridge to Terabithia has a soft, sad and nostalgic quality to it. Olden Eyes would work like a charm in the film’s playlist. Of course, the track isn’t sad but that’s what makes it the perfect combination, amping up the vulnerability in the scenes. Needless to say, Olden Eyes is a staple in anyone’s playlist. Bineal Roy has given you the perfect song to woo your love interest. There is an all too adorable music video to the track that demands your attention.
