XRick SaenzX - Let Up
Hold your horses when you listen to Let Up by XRick SaenzX; the track is a radical acceptance and showcase of oneself. The writer-rapper began to write and compose when he was 13. He has mastered the pen and has successfully entered the trade of words. His words are not of the ordinary kind, they have a tendency to cut like knives. He sure knows how to leave a mark with his bars as well, and that, paired with some expert production, gives us some raw and rugged words to hold on to. The writer-rapper swaggers in and wastes no time when it comes to making his presence known. The track begins slow, building suspense, but by the time Xrick enters the stage, the track drastically changes pace. He hits the floor running, warning his haters to back off and that their words have the emotional depth of a spoon to him. The track is intriguing and fascinating as it vividly affirms the self and does so without any qualms. This rare gem of a single is a therapeutic listen and is cathartically hummable. Everything about this song is fine as silk—the words, the production, the bars, everything! The track works wonderfully in a series like Brooklyn Nine Nine especially for Doug Judy. The series deserves every award it has ever received; a genre-defining series like this deserves a genre-defining number like Let Up. So if you are in the mood to feel like a million bucks and live freely and fiercely for just a moment, I highly suggest you play XRick SaenzX on the road and in your car.
