Elton Hendrix Project-Never run away
Elton Hendrix Project is a collaboration of one man with a musician. That man happens to be the musician himself. It might look like a collaboration of two unlikely styles. In many ways, Elton Hendrix is a faction of a genre by itself. It also sounds nothing like either. That way, it's a project which is trying hardest to sound like the best version of itself. This is his latest single, Never run away. As an artist, Elton Hendrix Project has released a slew of music since 2021. I really mean a continuous flow of them. It is as though, when inspiration strikes, he takes to his instruments. Bouncing ideas off of them, composition critiques-the whole nine yards. This is poetry in motion, love songs written at home in memory. That is what makes the lyrics so pure and real-an outflow of emotions as though it was conversation. Massively underrated in terms of the interaction between the vocals and instrumentals-it is gorgeous to experience. The subtle, suppressed synth along with the guitar strums is exactly what you’d like to experience, creating a fresh foreword within the relationship. Smaller lead elements from the guitar get stuck in your head like the earworms they are composed to be. I could imagine this very well in To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. A very sweet and romantic movie, the elements of this song intersect with a lot of the scenes. Elton Hendrix Project has some beautiful songs like Peace it’s just a word and Until Forever Ends that you must check out.
