Eamonn Conor - Blinded

Groove along to Eamonn Conor's  jazzy pop track, 'Blinded'  The rapidly rising handsome, talented Aussie pop artist finds his influences in timeless 70's R&B and soul music, and he brings plenty of that irresistible contemporary R&B and jazz charm through his latest love ballad, ''Blinded'.  The track opens with lush, shimmering sounds and an evocative saxophone melody, immediately evoking romance and passion.  Conor begins to sing, sensitively, baring his all for the object of his desire. It feels very much like a high school romance through its cheesy, boy band, pop love lyrics, but listen a little closer and you'l also hear themes of a deeper, more mature kind of love.  The track builds fluidly, flowing on an easy-going rhythm that leads into the chorus. Sensual saxophone melodies return along with magnetic slow dance beats as he sings evocotively, 'Ive been blinded by an angle in blue, falling down to my knees..'  'Blinded' is a unique type of love pop song. Conor's boyish sweet voice combines really well with the jazz & R&B elements, making this a track that would be universally loved and listened.  Around the 2 min mark, Conor slows things way down just a few seductive moments, before leading back into the charming chorus. Shout out to the incredible vocal performance and the also to the soul of the song, the evocotive saxophone melody. It matches Conor's voice, stride for stride, in way that elevates the coolness quotient of this track to 11!  This is the kind of fusion love pop song that you could see being the climatic soundtrack to a fun, rom-com movie like 'Crazy, Stupid, Love'.  'Blinded' is from Conor's effervescent debut album titled, 'Thoughts' . Judging by just how good this sounds, we'd love to explore more from this marvellous, charming pop artist, Eamonn Conor!
