Camille Miller-Leave It Alone
3 h : 30 min

Camille Miller has been on a permanent roll. If you haven’t heard of her music, what a chance you have got. The songstress is able to craft stories, while resonating with a genre that seems to mix the best of them all. What is central is her lyrical prowess, where she is able to deliver blues with a touch of happy, rock with a dose of pop. This is her single Leave it Alone, from her album Shadows and Lines.  We’re at a play of contrasts here. Rather than obsess over it, let’s try grooving over it. When Leave it Alone kicks in, there is a riff that you’re going to find immensely satisfying. Camille Miller gives us vocals like Sheryl Crow and Allanah Myles put together. It is the kind of opener that tells you easily how good an album is going to be. When the breaks come, she lets it all break loose, versatility and range showing clearly. It sets the tone for how she can perform, how commanding her voice is-and a slice big enough to know her personality.  Camille Miller isn’t putting an album out because it's needed. There are stories to tell here, and her listeners want this. Not Ready, Smoking Cigarettes are some other deeper numbers that showcase her talent with seductive ease. This track would be a great number for Ava (2020), especially when the action scenes kick in. Camille makes an anthem worth listening to time and again, and a bookmark for her incredible album. Listen to the single above, and follow her for more!
