Quarantine Beach
Formed in 2020, and named after a hidden city beach on the river Maas, Quarantine Beach is a band of exiles – a British singer, a Dutch keyboard player, a Greek bassist and a German drummer – who discovered each other through Rotterdam’s cosmopolitan music scene. The band's influences range from post-punk (New Order, The Cure, Elvis Costello, Talking Heads) to synthpop (Depeche Mode, Low-era Bowie) and electronica (Tangerine Dream, John Carpenter).
