Michael Barrett Dixon
Michael Barrett Dixon is a classically trained composer, songwriter, and producer whose music journey began at age 13. A prolific creator, he has written hundreds of songs and instrumentals across electronic, pop, and instrumental genres. In his early years, Michael performed as a keyboardist, drummer, and lead vocalist in several high school and college bands. Since then, he has focused on solo work, producing 10 studio albums to date. His passion projects include The Teasdale Album, which sets public domain poetry to electronic music, and his upcoming 2025 album One Way Ticket, inspired by space exploration. Michael balances his music career with a career in college teaching and instructional design and remains committed to writing, producing, and evolving as an artist.
