Mark Winters
Mark Winters first picked up a guitar to play a song for his wife’s on their anniversary. He believes that he discovered the joy of connecting with people through music. Mark’s sound is rock with a positive vibe, and his biggest influences are John Mayer, Tom Petty, and Jason Mraz. He uses poetry as creative inspiration and he uses his “rocket-scientist brain” to find structures. A form of writing that he loves exploring is haiku! Mark's grandmother taught him to express himself through poetry and it set him on a creative and expressive path. Mark Winters is a self proclaimed math nerd. He cultivated his “rocket scientist brain” by getting a degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering. Which heavily influences the way he writes music. He likes taking complex emotions, and expressing them in a way that's easy to understand. Balancing Mark Winters’ right-brained creativity with his analytical left-brain is part of his life-long journey. Music is another place where he can explore balance. He would love to hear from you, send him a message on any of the social media platforms!
