Hoxsey
Hoxsey is an Austin-based artist creating dark, atmospheric music where Alternative Rock, Gothic Folk, Punk, acoustic songwriting, and experimental sounds meet. The songs often draw from folklore, mythology, spirituality, mortality, and the unseen forces that shape our lives. Rather than staying within one genre, Hoxsey builds each song around its own atmosphere and story. Some are intimate and stripped down; others are heavier, stranger, and more cinematic. Characters, old rituals, mysterious places, and fragments of memory often become part of the music. Recent releases include Ghost We Keep and Harvest Moon Sessions, a 13-track collection recorded on a Tascam 4-track, capturing a rawer and more intimate side of the project. Music for wandering between the familiar and the unknown
