Christopher Parris is an emerging progressive folk artist who is pushing the boundaries of the genre into a spiritual and truly cosmic dimension. The debut album Living Through The Twilight Of The Kali Yuga was released on the winter solstice of 2022, and brings together various instruments and stories from around the world. The compelling song structures and durations vary and lyrically we're taken on a transcendental journey through a dystopian while heavenly expression of the times we are in and the imagination and visions of where we can go. In 2023 the recording process of the second album began and culminated in the early summer of 2024, with industry producer Dave Eringa taking the reins for the final mixing and mastering, and together they have taken Chris' cosmically folk infused world music to a whole other frequential experience! Embodying a less is more approach the songs have been magically weaved into an earthly but deeply otherworldly experience that is poetically expressive of the great awakening happening now on earth. Living Through The Twilight Of The Kali Yuga and The True Nature Of Time are both out now on all major streaming platforms. Album three is now well underway. Christopher is on a quest to stir as many souls as humanly possible and to empower the hearts and minds of anyone willing to lend an ear. The solo live sets have been mesmerising crowds who come away from shows knowing they have seen something quite extraordinary. These are tremendously exciting times, remember, there are no limitations, we are all divine beings of the one infinite creation, we all have a deep connection to the earth as well as each other and it is up to us to bring forth the knowledge of light and divinity into this world.
