Black Creek Reign
Toronto-based Reggae/Funk band Black Creek Reign has been making waves on the city's music scene for around six years, kicking off with NXNE 2016. Since then, they've earned local recognition and played at iconic venues like the Horseshoe Tavern, Lee’s Palace, and The Painted Lady. Highlights include winning a battle of the bands at a sold-out “Helping The Homeless” event at Revival, collaborating with local legend Danny Fernandes on a catchy dance-pop track, and ranking among the top five out of 2,500 bands selected to fly to Los Angeles for the “ReAmp Record Deal” contest. Drawing inspiration from industry giants like Maroon 5, John Mayer, Stevie Wonder, and Bob Marley, BCR blends genres with powerful songwriting, dynamic performances, and relatable lyrics. Most recently, they were selected to perform at Canadian Music Week this year.
