He injects every word with so much personality, it is incomparable. The rainbow-studded song gives off a disco sunflower energy that might leave you wanting to run through a field of flowers. The instrumental in the track is continuously morphing and transforming, giving us an exciting and unpredictable soundscape. The universal quality has you relating so hard to the themes, making it the perfect addition to Virgin River’s playlist. Martyn Scott has the grass blades shaking with his expert sense of rhythm and beats in his latest release- Turn. You feel the song settle into your skin even after you hit the stop button. The track is a genius one that focuses on craft to bring surface art and emotions. For a song that is so jolly, it sure has profound words within it. Martyn is a songmaker who is not afraid to wear his heart on his sleeve in this day and age. Much like this, the track speaks so much that is unsaid between lovers. The highlight of the song is however the electric guitar. There are moments you wish were tangible and this track is one of them, specifically the guitar section. Every beat was savoured and held by the guitarist. You enjoy as the performers enjoy. Not to mention the incredible production value on the track. Every breath and note is crisp and sharp enough. This must partly be mostly have been because of the perfect delivery by Martyn Scott. This track deserves the best backdrop because each and every part of the number is perfect. This song would work so beautifully in Dirty Dancing, can you imagine? The number of best audio sections I got, it makes me feel so bad when I go to people’s houses and we remember this so vividly.
