Though I always reserved nothing beats the original (as I am stubborn), I feel that my view has completely changed. Keeping the original aura, Edie Yvonne channels her soothing and melodic voice to render me speechless. The same would go for you too. It is an artistic expression that respects Shannon Hoon’s performance and tops it off with her own vocal strain. Raw and real, she still brings some of the most delectable elements of the song with strength and feel. You would find no difference if you weren’t told, except the parts where she excels in her vocal pushes. The instrumentals complement her voice perfectly, tonality has been measured to the last grain to make this stellar execution possible.
