All four MOJO BROTHERS BAND members are Native Texans! – Eric Harris (Lead Vocals, Acoustic Guitar), Jimmy Zapata (Lead Vocals, Acoustic Guitar), Bob Landis (Bass Guitar, Backup Vocals), and founding member Mark Thomas (Lead Guitar, Backup Vocals) all grew up and live in the Lone Star State!
Known as the “crowd favorite” at every corporate event, venue, and festival they play, The Mojo Brothers Band takes pride in delivering a dynamic live performance every night. Simply put, the Mojo’s get it! When hired, they understand how critical it is their performance is a financial and emotional success for everyone involved!
The Mojo Brothers Band created their energetic country dance band sound by combining clean acoustic and electric guitars, harmony vocals, with tight bass and drums. They love to cover their favorite artists, such as Johnny Cash, Pat Green, George Straight, Garth Brooks, Dwight Yoakam, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Zac Brown Band, Elvis, Hank Williams, Waylon Jennings, Robert Earl Keen, with this powerful clean sound. If requested, the Mojo’s can add a little rock and blues from artists like John Mellencamp, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Black Crows, and Tom Petty.
Coupled with novelist and song writing sensation Clay Mitchell of San Antonio, the Mojo’s have amassed a catalogue of new dynamic original music. The Mojos latest releases – I’m a Wannabe, Women Cars Guns & Guitars, Long Shot, and Lightning Comes Around deliver the attitude and high energy fans want and expect.
