Japanese musician Jun Parker now resides in the remote South West of Victoria, Australia. He writes Japanese and English lyrics for his Neo City Pop songs, which are influenced by the classic Tokyo vibe. Although still maintaining a strong sense of Japanese sentimentalism, he infuses aspects of Australian landscapes and seascapes into his music. Through his music, which he defines as #FunkyNostalgia – a fusion of groovy sounds and melancholic themes – Jun Parker hopes to bridge the divide between Eastern and Western cultures. Presently, Jun is working on a number of tracks that incorporate international artist collaborations.
