Julia Sole is an alter ego that comes to life on stage with her mask in the center of attention. Her mask is used as a defense mechanism against judgements towards her true emotions, to fight off her worst fears and as a metaphor for the faces people put on to get through the day. Flooded with metaphors, concepts and multidisciplinary art forms she tries to embody her journey, pain and take on the world.

With protection of her mask, Sole will try to convince you of her truth. Alongside live-created visuals, a whole spectrum of synths, intense guitars and changing mechanical rhythms she will keep the music going like a machine. Julia Sole is a Dutch artist, composer and producer who will translate her ideas into a melancholic alternative rock sound with indie rock twists. Her music is penetrating, emotionally charged, unpredictable and impetuous.
