Carson Aday remembers the moment music changed his life forever. When Carson was 14, his parents bought an electric piano and put it upstairs for he and his siblings to play around on. The next morning, Carson showed his parents his rendition of Für Elise by Beethoven. Within weeks, he was in piano lessons, and within a year, was competing in a global competition. He was labeled a piano prodigy and put on a path that would lead him to become a concert pianist.
It was a whirlwind year that ultimately lead Carson to rethink the plans others had for him. When he was 16, he started writing music and found his love for other instruments including electric guitar, bass drums, and vocals. Carson realized he had a gift for music and the earlier label of “Piano Prodigy” was limiting him.
Although Carson is only 4 years into his music career, he is traveling at Tesla speed. He has written and recorded two full LPs, and is currently working on a third with Grammy-Award Winning Mikal Blue. Playing shows all over DFW, the local phenomenon is currently planning a West Coast Tour this summer. Carson’s velvet smooth vocals and vintage vibe fit every style of music he delves into, including Pop, Singer/Songwriter, Alternative Rock, Opera, and Jazz. The sky’s the limit for this talented young man, and his fans agree, this one has the chops, talent and drive to make it big.
