Alex Beck is an LA native that grew up on Classic Rock and Euphoric 80s Pop. This range of genres spans from The Rolling Stones to Madonna. She attended Berklee College of Music where she really found herself immersed into finding her own voice and sound. She discovered new artists that have influenced the music she makes today. Some of the artists include Tame Impala, Angel Olsen, The 1975, and Maggie Rogers.
That growth of discovery has made its way into her indie pop sound that breaks boundaries and blends dreamy synths, rock guitar, and honest storytelling lyrics. All of these influences from her past and present have found their way into her music. She’s hooked on that nostalgic ethereal sound that transcends you to a place from your past or somewhere you’ve never been. Keep your eyes peeled 🙂
