Sabina Chantouria has you remembering your past with every strum of her guitar in Echoes, her latest single. She gently guides us down memory lane and she does it with impeccable vocals. While the song can be interpreted in any manner with regard to your past, it feels like Sabina is speaking about a past relationship particularly. She successfully opens out old wounds while she nurses them. 

The detailing on the track is particularly impeccable. It is just her, the guitar and the shaker and she delivers with a river of emotions. Every aspect of the song comes together to give us this sonic love letter. The fact that it has so few instruments, makes it seem as though the performance is an intimate one. As though it is just her and us in a recording room and she makes direct eye contact with you as she performs and you can see the bittersweet memories play out in her eyes. See! She successfully fills your mind with a plethora of imagery. 

Me Before You is one of those movies that surprised people with just how good of a romance drama it was. Sabrina’s track would fit in like the finishing touch that brings the film together.
