It is an awesome touch to what is a dystopian explanation for a world folding inwards. As the lyrics describe the environment, climate-both social and physical, you remain in awe. The musicality is retained, like a diamond in the rough, chasing the chorus that is preparing itself for takeoff. Armed with his battleaxe, he very perfectly in one song describes what is going on in simple terms. He doesn’t dive into unimportant details, it’s all musically derived and has a beautiful ring to it. As an instrumentalist as well, he shines, giving the guitar the spotlight it deserves for a very sweet tone and solo. Christmas and Easter came early, I guess.
